Novel Molecular Targets for Immune Surveillance of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

چکیده
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a common and aggressive cancer with high mortality rate. The incidence of HCC increasing worldwide, the lack effective screening programs often results in delayed diagnosis, making it challenging disease to manage. Immunotherapy has emerged as promising treatment option for different kinds cancers, potential stimulate immune system target cells. However, current immunotherapeutic approaches have shown limited efficacy. Since arises within complex tumour microenvironment (TME) characterized by presence various stromal cell types, understanding this interaction crucial identification therapy. In review, we highlight recent advances our TME cells involved anti-tumour responses, including new possible targets immunotherapy. We illustrate classification based on infiltration give evidence about role SerpinB3, serine protease inhibitor regulation response cancers.

Hepatocellular Carcinoma: Novel Molecular Targets in Carcinogenesis for Future Therapies
BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common and lethal malignant tumors worldwide. Over the past 15 years, the incidence of HCC has more than doubled. Due to late diagnosis and/or advanced underlying liver cirrhosis, only limited treatment options with marginal clinical benefit are available in up to 70% of patients. During the last decades, no effective conventional cytotoxic...
متن کاملDeubiquitinases: Novel Therapeutic Targets in Immune Surveillance?
Inflammation is a protective response of the organism to tissue injury or infection. It occurs when the immune system recognizes Pathogen-Associated Molecular Patterns (PAMPs) or Damage-Associated Molecular Pattern (DAMPs) through the activation of Pattern Recognition Receptors. This initiates a variety of signalling events that conclude in the upregulation of proinflammatory molecules, which i...

Novel biodegradable Poly (L-lactic acid) (PLLA) microspheres containing ytterbium were designed for intra-tumoral radiotherapy, especially for radioembolization. 175Yb possess both therapeutic beta and diagnostic gamma radiations. In this work, process to make ready radiomicrospheres 175Yb(acac)3-loaded PLLA for more consideration has been investigated. The radiomicrospheres were prepared with ...

متن کاملPrognostic molecular markers in hepatocellular carcinoma (Review article
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the 5th commonest malignancy worldwide and is the third most common cause of cancer-related death. The prevalence is different in the world. The ability to predict patients at higher risk of recurrence and with a poor prognosis would help to guide surgical and chemotherapeutic treatment according to individual risk. As understanding of hepatocarcinogenesi...
